Aster Raine Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order,""per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide during certain sales.

In Person Pick up is available only in Hood River, OR at this address: 1936 12th St. Suite 200. Please email us set up pick up time.

Shipping Timing

We try to ship all orders within 3-7 business days. However, special orders and orders placed during the holiday season may take longer to ship.

We ship most orders via USPS. You should have received an email from USPS when your shipping label was created - you will also receive a confirmation email from USPS when your order leaves our warehouse. 

Title to Products

Purchases of product through Asterraine.com are subject to a destination contract. We do not refund orders that were delivered to the address provided with your order. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Aster Raine is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
